Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We deliver to many countries in Europe, and the delivery cost varies depending on the location. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days for Belgium.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the country of destination as well as the total weight of the order. These will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

We only ship to Belgium at the moment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

RAAL is responsible for the order until actual delivery to the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a refund or replacement.
